Why I Created GPI
I created GPI because I found that I was repeating myself over and over with the same tips, messages and strategies and finally created a central location for All Things Property – for my friends, clients and my compatriots in the real estate business who were educating their clients.
They all needed a resource for not only the WHAT and HOW, but the WHY and the WHY NOT.
GPI was born as a source where you get ideas on WHAT needs to be considered or done in order to sell you home but also HOW to:
- Make those decisions
- Prioritize tasks
- Carry out the work or project if you either decide to Do-It-Yourself or hire out the work.
I link all that info together and put it in one place to make those decisions easier for you.

While the strategic info I share here is timeless and the basis of good real estate practice, there is much about Real Estate that cannot be generalized or localized.
The info I provide is to serve as a starting point used in conjunction with the guidance given by your REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL (if buying or selling).
They are an invaluable resource to help you read your current market and to steer you to towards success. They have access to market data that changes day by day as well as professional boots-on-the-ground experience that you will not find anywhere else.
That’s something that property search apps can’t accurately provide because the majority are employ computer algorithms!
